produce the best in video and web-based entertainment

Title: Managing Producer

Job Summary:

Involvement in all aspects of video & web production
including:

- Recruiting models, scheduling and doing model photo shoots
- Recruiting cast, scripting, scheduling, securing
locations, and directing/filming videos
- Supervising and managing video editing projects
- Editing images and managing designers in the
creation of graphics and imagery for our web sites and
our electronic/printed promotional materials
- Managing web update schedules and assisting with ongoing
web site updates
- Partnering with executive team to develop new and
innovative content for our members

The following skills are REQUIRED:

- 2+ years of video production experience
- 2+ year experience with photography, preferably
digital photography
- 1+ years experience using Photoshop (or similar software) to edit digital photographs and create web graphics
- 2+ years of management/personnel experience
- 2+ years working with the public
- Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, and information
architecture
- Strong verbal/written communication and time
management skills
- Comfortable taking initiative and handling multiple
projects simultaneously

The following experience is HELPFUL:

- Batch photo editing experience
- basic website design/maintenance experience
- DVD authoring experience
- public relations experience (or other communication-related work)

IDEALLY, you are:

- Interested in being in a high-profile position in the bear community
- Outgoing, Approachable, and personable
- Able to travel to and attend Bear Weekends around the US (and
possibly abroad)
- Confident in abilities
- Comfortable chatting online and interested in actively
participating in bear community
- Honest and have integrity (these qualities are very important to us)
- Able to maintain professional relationship with models
