Well, the site doesn't have a sleek professional look to it, that's for sure. One of the few graphics you have, where it says "Our Latest Models" is a fuzzy looking JPG that doesn't merge into the background properly. It's ok not to be able to produce a professional looking website, but you may want to consider hiring one.

There is a lot of competition nowdays, and you may have to keep posting here and on other webmasters boards, get more feedback and actually give it some thought. You probably don't mean it that way, but your response sounds a bit rude and at times disrespectful to the people here who took time to review your site. It won't hurt to thank them instead, even if you disagree with what they're saying.

Now, all that said, given enough time and traffic, and enough updates to the site, you could certainly build up a following. I agree with what was said here, you don't have "an edge", so expect to work harder at it, and for the long term.
