I'm caught in a system loop here and I need to speak to someone.

I tried joining your affiliate program on Friday. I was declined because I'm assuming one of my domains wasn't up yet (and you don't approve empty websites). Fine that's cool.

Both of my domains are now working, but when I tried to resubmit an application on your site, I can't because you don't allow duplicate applications.

I can't use your e-mail form because I need to fill in an affiliate ID number in that field, but I never got one because my application was declined.

I tried replying to the address from which the rejection came, and it's not an address that receives e-mail.

Can someone help me? If so, please contact me with an e-mail address that I can use.
