About 5 days ago I lost my Epassporte electron card. On July 25th I sent them the notification and explanation through their online web form. I also kindly asked for a replacement card.

The next day I sent them the same message to cs at epassporte.com. Still got no answer, and the lost card appears to be active.

Why don't they resolve these things a little faster? I have an impression my messages have been lost somewhere (I hope not). Has anyone also had such big delays with their support? What's one to do?
