I have just been going through some of my CCBill stats and there are actually quite a few recurring members who havent even visited some of the sites they have joined in over 6 months yet, they are still rebilling with their membership.

How soon do you think the average surfers 'forgets' that they have a site membership?

Also, would you think it would be an idea to cancel some of these memberships if the member hasnt actually visited the site in a specific period of time? If so, how long do you think that time-frame should be? 3 months? 6 months? 9 months? Longer?

Your thoughts? What makes a customer forget they have a membership and how soon do you think they actually forget?
