Well actually, it might be classified as just one but here goes...

When it comes to setting up the actual 'system' itself in terms of niches, sub niches, blogs, templates, etc, is there a specific method you have found that works best?

Right now i have 1 blog setup but to be honest, i just went through each of the options and 'played' with them until i got the hang of how the script worked.

Is there currently a method you use that has helped you speed up the process of adding content, blogs, settings, etc to the admin area?
