Can anyone recommend a good programmer for ongoing part-time work? I have a custom CMS and need someone who has expertise in the following areas:

- HTML / CSS
- PHP (Object Oriented & MVC Layouts)
- MySQL
- General Templating Engines
- Flash
- JSP
- FTP, SFTP, SSH
- PERL
- AJAX Knowledge

At the moment, I am looking for someone for about 10 hours per week.
