That had information in respect of increasing traffic to a specific sponsor and how it negatively effected sales overall because sales patterns were just random at best?

I remember reading it a couple of years back and it had some equations on it that i need to use, unfortunately, it looks like i deleted the bookmark out of my favorites and cant find it now
