New sales are actually up but rebills are actually starting to lower?

Im guessing its because surfers are so unsure of where they will be financially that they are either cancelling memberships immediately or are maxing out their credit cards faster than usual.

Has anyone else noticed rebills are dropping as of late whilst new sales are actually picking up?
