When it comes to webmasters primarily using scripts to build and maintain their websites, do you think that more often than not, these types of sites appear to be less personable to the surfers viewing them?

Ive just been having a pretty good conversation with Brandon about this and he was saying how he found most sites that relied on scripts to handle their front and backends always seemed to be less interesting to him as they seemed very 'medical' in appearance and writing style.

Do you think he is right in his assumption?
