Security company Sophos warned today of a new type of malware that is affecting Mac users.

The malware is a Mac app that poses as a PDF. If opened, the PDF presents a Chinese language document concerning the disputed Diaoyu (Senkaku) Islands. (see attachment). But meanwhile, it tries to install a backdoor Trojan horse which would give malicious hackers remote access to your Apple Mac computer.
