We are experiencing technical issues with our current billing processor “NEXUSXI”, we tried to contact them several time but due new political regulations they decided to go out of business.
This issue affected considerably our monthly revenue. But, not even under these circumstances your payment is going to be affected. We also tracked all visitors you have sent to us through that period and once this problem get resolved you will be credited for every one of these visitors when they became regular members.

In order to resolve that situation, we are making following efforts:

Integrate 2 different billing companies as payment option into our websites, one located in US and other in Europe.
Opening our own merchant account in order to get more control over our members. With these important modifications, we will low the risk on the billing process.
Unfortunately, we have not control over all these situations. Please, accept our apologies and be sure that we are doing everything we can in order to resolve this situation and as soon as possible.
