Does anyone know if Service Pack 2 also affects embedded pop up consoles that are placed inside media files with time specific console launches?

I couldnt find anything to refute or confirm this is the case in my searches for information.

I know the recent updated versions of Media Player made it harder to pop an embedded consoles but im specifically looking for information pertaining to media files with consoles encoded within them.
