Was just having one of my random thoughts about the state of the industry and protecting minors getting access to pornographic images etc and it struck me that while building some free sites today, every one of them had a warning page on them yet, yesterday when i built a couple of galleries, the general consesus seems to be that warning pages arent needed.

Anyone know WHY this is the case? To be honest i have no idea myself.
