On June 23, 2005 NakedSword.com will launch NakedSword.com 3.0, a fully compliant website in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 regulations. On or prior to that date, we will remove all titles for which we have not received records. In addition, we have removed all hardcore and sexually explicit imagery from our site, including on-site banners from outside affiliates or partner sites. We have replaced our hardcore banners with soft-core images. We are not responsible for hardcore banner content on third-party sites and we urge any one using our older banners to replace them with the newer, compliant banners.

In accordance with the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 regulations, NakedSword.com maintains a secure, locked record keeping room accessible only to our Custodian of Records and our 2257 librarian. In accordance with the law, we have created a searchable database cross-referenced by model name, alias and stage name, birth date and production date. We will not disseminate or copy the records, or grant access to the information located therein unless required by law or a valid order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
