http://segpay.com launched its services as a new IPSP for European merchants, offering cc and cheque processing. They have partnered up with http://www.inteca.org/ who is the 3rd party organisation that took over payments for IBill EU after November, when IBill had its dance with going out of business.

However, after a bit of research, I found this thread on gfy that claims that segpay / inteca are in fact ibill.

So it kinds of leaves me wondering if these guys are really new and more importantly if they are trustworthy??? Any one have any other info that they can share?
