Well, most of the traffic that you buy or get is going to fall under the forced traffic category.

Forced just means the surfer is sent to a destination either without his intervention (popups and popunders) with little intervention (404 traffic by clicking a link that doesn't exist) or by clicking a gallery link and being skimmed.

Non forced is direct link or banner click.
