I currently own about 60 but about 50 of them are not developed. A lot of them are left over from the days when I was working on the straight side of the business. Since I have no plans to return to that side, I have been selling some of them off and am only holding on to the ones now that relate to the projects I currently have going and the ones I am planning for development over the next 12 months.
