When we ask the server company about it, and the server logs disappering they said, it's not their fault, that it's our problem. That if stats are something that we 'might need' that we should find something outside for them to do it.
Right about there i would have told them where to shove their server to be honest babe.

Do this happen a lot? Is this normal for hosting companies to do? Is it my fault that their scripts and things don't work?
No it doesnt, or at least shouldnt and no if their stats arent working on a server they are managing for you then its their problem.
