It's because ppl talk about adultbiz that they forget what the word "respect" means, or that they have the right to say anything they want. The laws are exactly the same, and make no differences for porn forums!!! So that, for example, the forum's owner has the same law obligations regarding insulting, etc. HE is responsible for what is said on HIS forum.
However, most people in those porn forums are not considering them as a part of a special biz, meaning porn biz, they mainly feel they are part of Internet biz, so the rules come with it.

NO, that is only YOUR point of view. Not necesserary the forum's owner view. But you apply your point of view, not to your forum. That is why you were banned and censored, and also why you don't understand why!
The true irony is I'm not the origional creator of the joke. Matt Parker and Trey Stone of SouthPark fame are. Everything graphic in it, they wrote.

But if you want to condemn me...

Not a problem, I think I can safely say they would have my back and get a big laugh that a porn forum censored them but mainstream media didn't.

(I'm good friends with Ron Jeremy and he is good friends with them. Maybe I will contact Ronnie and have him contact them on my behalf. This is just too good not to share.)

I'm going to put this in very basic american terms.....

It's the jizz biz dude. If I wasn't sticking my cock in somebody for the entire world to see. Many people that are in the "Internet Biz" would NOT have a job. NowI remember it is a sex workers industry and it is marginally tolerated by law enforcement and goverment worldwide.
(Never forget George Bush, the FBI and God hate porn)

    Therefore....

Because I produce, create and sell this stuff....

Because I put my face infront of the camera....

Because I assume what could potentially be an enormous amount of possible risk and don't cry about it....

I have the right to say whatever the hell I want.

And if someone is profiting off our backs and they have never been on the front lines. They need to sit down and show some respect for those of us that are fighting to keep this industry alive and put food on your table.

So if you think for even one moment that tolerance and freedom of expression is not at the very core of what this industry is...

Then lets just simply agree to disagree.

I'd remove the post immediatly if you posted it on my forum, but just because the "joke" has no punchline, and it's totally not funny, regardless being French, German, UK, USA family.... or being graphical.

I love dark humor but this was plain boring and totally not funny man.

Yeah the Aristocrats.. I like the southpark version

[Setting: The four boys are at the bus stop, waiting for the school bus]

Cartman: You guys wanna hear a funny joke my grandpa told me?

    Kyle: No.

Cartman: Ok, so this family walks into a talent agency. It's a mother, father, their son and daughter and a little baby. The father says to the talent agent "Sir, our family has an amazing act, we know that if you would let us perform it for you, you'd want to sign us". And the talent agent says "Sorry, we don't sign family acts, they're to cutesy". But then the mother goes "Please sir, we know that if you'd give us two minutes you'd like our act". So the talent agent says "Allright, you've got two minutes".

The family jumps right into it. The mother smiles and points to the son, who hits "play" on a boombox. Thrilling circus music starts to play as the father, spins his daughter around, bend her over, lifts up her skirt and starts licking her asshole.

    Kyle: What?

Cartman: Then the son lays down on the floor and opens his mouth, and the mother tears her panties away, squats over his face and starts shitting all over it

    Kyle: Dude!

Cartman: Hold on, hold on! The father grabs the baby, takes off it's diaper and starts sucking his cock, right, while the son, still with his mother's shit in his mouth, goes over and licks the baby's tiny little balls.

    Kyle: Dude.

Cartman: Hold on Kyle! Now the mother lays down on her back on the floor while the daughter gets up high on a chair and starts pissing all over. Then the father and son grabs the baby and starts stabbing it headfirst back into the mother's vagina, while the daughter's piss rains down on all of them.

    Kyle: Dude, just stop.

Cartman: They get the ba - hold on Kyle! They get the baby half-way in so just his legs are sticking out, all kicking and flailing around, the son takes his mother's shit out of his mouth and starts rubbing it all over everyone, while the father sticks his cock into the baby's asshole and fucks it, while it's still inside the mother, until he comes all over the baby, the wife, the son and the daughter.

    Kyle(?): Ca-Ca-Ca-Cart...

Cartman: Will you hold on, please! And then the father gets up and says "And now for our impersonation of the victims of 9/11", and the whole family starts running around the room, screaming and laughing, with their dicks and titties flapping all around, covered with shit and piss and cum going "Aaaahhh! Aaaahhh! The building is coming down! Help!". And finally, the family runs back to the center of the room and goes "Taadaa"!

And the talent agent just sits there for the longest time, and then finally he says "Jesus, that's one hell of an act, what do you call it?", and the father says "the Aristocrats". Hehehe.

    Kyle(?): I don't get it.

    Cartman: Neither do I.

"The Aristocrats" is a meme. It is the ultimate shaggy dog story. It is tradition. It is welcomed anywhere vulgarity is. It is open source. It is a secret to everybody. It is an independent film. It is a piece of history.

That is to say, "The Aristocrats" is a really really dirty joke.

Ever since the days of vaudeville, comedians have shared a comedy tradition known as "The Aristocrats." It's not so much a joke as it is a format for telling one. The setup is always the same: A family enters the office of a talent agent and he asks to see their act. The punchline is always the same too, the agent asks what they're called, and the reply is always "The Aristocrats!"

Sandwiched in between these is where the fun comes in. The family's act must be doing the dirtiest, most vulgar, and (hopefully) funny things the comedian can think of. Each performer tells this joke in their own way, lending to it whatever horrible and unbelievable acts they can personally devise, leading to a joke that can be shared in hundreds of ways, but hopefully never the same way twice. The Aristocrats is both a competition to see who can think of the dirtiest things in their personal version, and also a way for comedians to share something that is only their own.

The Aristocrats initially gained some mainstream attention at the televised New York Friars Club roast of Hugh Hefner in 2001, when a bombing Gilbert Gottfried told his version of joke and completely brought the house down. In 2004, comedians Penn Gillette and Paul Provenza made an independent film featuring 100 comedians telling their own version of The Aristocrats, including ones from Rodney Dangerfield and Buddy Hackett taken shortly before their deaths. The film was shown at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival, where many people walked out, but hundreds stayed behind and gave the film raucous applause. The Sundance screenings went so well that the film will be released nationwide in August.

In late 2004, a short video began circulating the internet featuring Cartman from South Park telling his version of The Aristocrats. It is usually tagged as "the world's filthiest joke!" or some such, not realizing that it is yet another entry in a game that's been played for decades.

I don't know the law in France...but, if it were my board I would censor or remove it asap. Why? Well, a person can be arrested in the US, for writing about their fantasies on having sex with or hurting children. I'd question what the authorities would think if they found that post on my board (not to mention I personally would have hated seeing it). So, yes I would censor the hell out of it or just simply remove it.

I also just found it to be in poor taste, not funny (I just didn't get it AT all) and in fact I agree...one does hold the right to keep what they want or dis what they don't want on their own board, adult, mainstream or whatever. People have to take care of themselves and use their own judgment. So, to me it sounds like they did just that.

It can be posted in France.

And again, read the entire thread. The joke was once aired on cable television. (How do you think I even became aware of it.)

No thanks, I wouldn't want to "read it again"

But in any event...my point was that I really think (like some others mentioned in here) people, no matter where they are, have the right to do what they want on their own message board.

For an example, they may have sponsors who would have found it to be in poor taste and they don't want to offend their sponsors...what ever the case, sounds to me like they just did what they wanted to on their own board.

You can call it censoring and you have the right to say whatever the hell you want, or whatever...it doesn't mean that someone that owns a message board can't do with it what they want.

Probably, if you owned a message board (you might, I dunno) but, if someone said something on it that really hit a sore spot to you, or maybe pissed off sponsor that you had...you might think about editing it or getting rid of it yourself.

I saw a message on a mainstream board today that was so totally messed up about the hurricane victims and saving animals as well. Someone said something so fucked up about it (I wont even say it here it was so bad) but, I wrote to the owner of the board and requested that they get a moderator and fast, so shit like that could be deleted.

I'm not trying to compare but rather trying to make the point that an owner of a board might feel a responsibility to the rest of their members and or sponsors, that they try to make everyone there feel comfortable and not start a huge board war that really is counter productive.

We can have dialog and not agree. Nothing wrong with it and it gives everyone a chance to challenge their opinions.

But I stand by my comments. Especially since part of what you say justifies them.

It was an adult porn forum.

Sponsors, affiliates, advertisers, etc. etc. etc.

    The End result.....

    1) They earn money because of the mavericks that defend the Freedom of Speach/Expression rights.

    2) And they earn money off the backs of the talent/whores that fuck for a living.

If they are not giving anything back to this industry. Then they are just another parasite or leach.

So if they can't take the heat. Then they need to get the fuck out of the kitchen.

Ok...go to a message board that has alot of black adult webmasters (not that most every adult webmaster post where ever) and start with a joke using the n word or make some references to water melon. Come up with the nastiest, crudest joke you can find where ever...or, better yet, post some jokes about gay people here (where ever you may find them or from whatever source). Use statements that are hurtful for all gay people. I'm sure you'll get the flaming you wanted...or, maybe they'd just edit or delete your post.

I didn't want to dance with ya...just wanted to see if you could understand that everyone has their own ways of running "their" board.
Without judgment on how they run it, without having or wanting fights (like gfy) and without disrespect to all their members, adult webmasters or not.

I don't disagree about "some" of what you said.
Interesting though, you still can't seem to agree that there "may" be some validity in what other people say about their rights to do what "they" want with "their" board. Probably everyone of them would agree with you about freedom of speech....as do I, but it still doesn't mean I'll let someone write faggot on my garage and if I owned an adult book store, I'd still pick and choose what and from who, I'd sell in "my" store.

And, like my sister said about it all...when she was an adult dancer and someone started yelling inappropriate things at her while on stage...they'd be thrown out and be "banned" from the place....
The "owner" of the bar must have not liked that kind of shit eh?
Did he not like freedom of speech or was he only trying to protect his dancers and patrons?

I've been in different aspects of the adult business on and off for over 25 years...I know who feeds off of it, uses it, abuses it and etc...it's getting so there are zillions of webmasters out there now...but, there are a hellova lot of great adult webmasters and adult board owners!

I guess it's just called "respect".

    Whose kitchen is it anyway?

Hey I'm not trying to dance with you. And I think you are more than welcome to you opinion and we don't have to agree.

But this is porn, not a dance club and not a bookstore. And porn is a beast of an entirely different kind.

I produce inter-racial porn and it is fucking brutal. The last inter-racial I created was for the Japanese market and it was called. "Niggers on the rape" (Loose english translation)

For the same Japanese market my wife creates a gay line and I can't even sit in the house and just listen to the verbal degradation. Alot harsher things than "faggot" are said.

Niether are my cup of tea and I certainly don't want to watch these videos at the end of the day. But the stuff sells like wildfire! Obviously, there are people that want it and are into it.

It's amazing but if I make something that is tame, I'm lucky to break 2,000 units. In contrast, with the crap, I have a hard time keeping up with the demand. It is simply fucking nuts.

Everyone has the right to view what they want. And if they don't like what they are seeing, then all they have to do is turn it off. The same is said of things you read. If you don't like what is written... then don't read it. And it is this what is the essence of what porn is about.

    Ok, points taken...

I would assume then that's what the French Forum did with you.
("then all they have to do is turn it off") It's his or hers forum and maybe they should've just deleted your post then...cause like I said, their board, their rules.

I agree that porn is a different beast and is changing every day.
However, I wouldn't say there aren't any connections between owning an adult store, being a stripper, owning a soft porn site, erotic stories site, a very hardcore site and ect....some view it "all" as "porn" but, with different levels of interest and levels of sexuality perception.

What I may view in this industry as acceptable, some might think was horrible and screwed up. As well as when I see something that makes me sick, they might feel is fine.

I'll only repeat myself (I seem to do that alot these days, due to old age I fear...)

When someone owns an adult message board, I believe is there's to do with what they want. I might not like the way they run it or what they do with it. But, I didn't pay for it, I don't pay the bills for it, didn't do all the work for it and I don't have to keep it up.
I don't think it has a thing to do with freedom of speech or lack of it.

I believe when people think that what someone else owns, should be ran the way "they" think it should be run is wrong (there's gotta be a name for that...I just can't think of it right now...)

Where does it stop though? What are the boundaries of what someone owns not being judged on how they own it, run it?

As for myself, I could never or let my partner promote anything that made me sick. So sick that I couldn’t stay in the house. I’m not judging you…I’m just saying that it sounds like a little self-projection there. And, "you" titled your thread in that French forum about it...

I like money as well...very, very much as a matter of fact.
    But, there is a balance.
