I do not know, nor will I pretend to know, law, however I do not see how anyone can stop either from doing what they are doing. MAYBE if they were all located on one continent or in the same country ... sure, but they are not.

Verotel is in the Netherlands.
The web master and web site are located who knows where.
I am assuming the videos were produced in a country other than where the above are.

How I see it, there is little to no case, as well it would be a big waste of time and money trying to pursue any legal action against Verotel or the web master.

Again, I do not know law, nor do I really care to, let alone International law, so I am only using my reasoning.
