Lee's got a point, but if you fly them to you, then you absolutely have venue in your local jurisdiction if you later have to take any legal action against them, since the contract was entered into in your locale.

Plus, if you shoot solos or whatever to use on your site, you can pair them up with other local-to-you models and/or have your regular locations to shoot content.

Be careful with the out-of US models. My understanding of the new 2257 regs is that it's probably iffy for them to work for you if you're the "producer" and are located in the US, even if they're located elsewhere. Chad or somebody may be able to offer a more accurate read.
