My opinion is the smart pornographer creates his product outside of the United States or country he lives in and mails it into the US. That way you can push the envelope all you want. And you don't have to deal with the most of the above bullshit.
You can still get your ass in hot water, as many Canadian porn companies recently found out when the initial 2257 revisions were released. The U.S. is now finding ways of policing in other countries. If your product is purchased in America, you can be held liable to American laws...
