Finally I'm putting some links up for FratCash.
I'm using the ccbill option but I'm wondering about the payout.
I'd like to use rev-share instead of persingup.
How can I change that. My ccbill acount is set to a persingup

I just checked ccbill and still showing "Payout Flat-Rate: $19.95"
