That site has been around awhile. It originally split off a straight pass site that had a gay section which is owned by one of the most well known password hackers. I don't know if he's the one actually running that or what, but I would assume so.

Difficult to shut guys like that down when they've been at it for several years. Nothing shy of legal action will do it, which will cost you more than lost bandwidth assuming you've got a good protection system in place.
