I would also like to note that I don't like spreading my troubles, in this, a public forum. This SHOULD be a matter that is handled personally between the two parties. But, since we webmasters have no labor union, and there's really very little we can do as far as legal reprisal, I felt that reaching out to other webmasters would be the best course of action.

These things need to be kept in the public eye and monitored. If for no other reason, to help the little guy, and keep dubious practices by affiliate programs under some level of control. If you've been screwed out of monies owed, speak out. Don't let the intimidation or spin of the affiliate program's forum mouthpiece bully you into a forgotten corner.
