They did, I promoted em, and they converted great. GBUSA not as much as at first, but still ok. Boys-Pissing.com still quite well. Only PPS, though, which kinda sucks).

Frankly I've never really had any luck with big program sites. Some sponsors work wonders for some affiliates, others you can't give away. And it's just worked out for me that the big program sites don't click with my traffic, I guess. So that's why the sponsors I promote usually are one-site-shops... which is to say a single membership site with a webmaster referral program, as opposed to a sponsor program with many sites in their portfolio.
