Hmmm, well I'm not a lawyer and I can't give legal advice. I do know that you can use as your custodian of records because we hold all the model releases, but we give them to you too, so you could use yourselves. Some people still use us even though they hold the records and that's fine. I don't know how it works with sponsors but I would think that you would have access to the model release information if you are using the content on your site.
