I think it's primarily because there are no "exploited women" involved. The people pushing for porn prosecutions are the pro-family groups.

They don't want young women being taken advantage of, kids seeing porn online or porn killing marriages. Even though all of that is exaggerated, gay porn doesn't apply to any of it. So who is going to call for such prosecutions?

Another thing is the unpredictable nature of gay legal issues.
