better quality thumbs. make sure ALL the thumbs are sharp (not oversharpened, though) and don't have orange thumbs up there. choice of subject in thumb is important to - the thumbs should be as sexy and inviting as possibe.

your header is distracting and doesn't really contribute to the page.

looks like your top trades are all with the same webmaster/company. i wouldn't do that if i were you. if something goes wrong on their end - server problems, being hit by a cheater or a DOS - having 4 of them in your top 4 spots means they'll pull you down with them.

those text links above the thumbs aren't great for productivity, i wouldn't think. and if you're just growing a site, having 2 text links for PPV isn't going to help you out.
