True but, who says you need to have custom content for a micro-niche paysite?

There is a lot of content out there that would fit very well in to all manner of niches, glasses, sneakers, shaving, blondes, brunettes, redheads, skins, leather, insertions, etc etc

Yet these niches are still under-developed.

That's true about using already existing content. I guess you could go through your whole collection of licensed stuff and pull out the content that fits into a specific genre and put a site together, I just don't like how a lot of your content in a paysite network would overlap and people would end of seeing the same guys in different sites.

I completely agree. I bitch the most at JUB about not having great sites or videos to go to for guys who are my taste in men. I don't like the A&F kind of boys, and I know that's what sells for a lot of sites too. Like you guys already mentioned, there just aren't enough 'brave' webmasters to get the job done. No one wants to gamble on it or cares enough to want to do something completely different.

are just a few that come to mind...

Another good point however, the chances are, if a surfer is hitting a site looking for a specific fetish of theirs, they potentially havent been to any of the generic 'megasites' that do fill their members areas with the same content over and over again.

You bring up another good point about surfers seeing the same guys all the time to, this is one of the reasons why we dont really promote 'reality' type sites, there are only a few production companies the sponsors who have a lot of reality sites use ergo, all of the models are the same.

In one site they are being told the guy is a hitchhiker, in the next they are being told he is a daddy hunting twinks, the next he is being marketed as a bottom and the next, he's being marketed as a top LOL

Surfers are far from stupid these days (with a few exceptions) and they know when they have seen a model before however, if they are looking for a specific type of site, my justification in using content across multiple niches is that a guy looking for uncut cocks, probably isnt going to join a site featuring blonde guys as thats not really his 'thing' so to speak.
