It is more branding than anything I was american markets as well as world wide markets know of my company and feel confident that it is a good product and just get my name out there and create more branding... I mean I understand the point you made and money is a great thing but I guess I said what I mean to say wrong!!

This is more of a branding thing ... Like traffic advertising
as well as getting them to join my sites as the same time..
So it is creating more ( World traffic... if you will! ) getting sign ups and getting branding all at the same time!!

the best way is to work on (or pay for) good SEO. Target euro phrases and use local experience to help you figure out what those are. Alternatively, go to somewhere like sex.com and buy filtered traffic.

Translate a key page into whatever language you want to target. My biggest drawing keyword isn't "hairy men" it's "hombres peludos." Having said that, I don't notice a lot of joins coming from those pages. However, it could be that the Spanish page brings the traffic in, and then, they slip into the English areas of the site.

But it also could be the case that I'm just wasting bandwidth and getting no joins.

You need to also think about how these people are going to pay. Americans tend to be credit card crazy, but that's not the case in other parts of the world. And if you don't have billing solutions to meet the needs of those markets, then you may not convert much.

Do you have bank debit card billing? Phone billing? Pay as you click billing? These are all alternatives that may help you improve on your foreign conversions.

You also need to think about the economics of the people your targeting. Your membership rate could be too high or the economics of that particular country make porn more of a luxury.

Well if you are talking about branding thats something entirely different to traffic generation and sales.

Do you currently have a presence in Europe for the DVD titles that you have appeared in? If not, that should be the first thing that you get sorted out otherwise, you are just another nobody to that market place with a porn site.

There are a heap of great distribution outlets for the European marketplace, Prowler, CloneZone, Tabor etc etc. You could also take out ads in print magzines over there such as Attitude, The Gay Times, and other lower quality bar rags similar to the Cybersocket magazine in the US.

If you are looking to attract 'surfers' to your site, then i would start initially by checking how much global traffic your site / sites get currently, we all get international traffic however, many of us dont realize it.

From there, you should start looking at multilingual options for your sites and, more importantly, your content and billing mechanism, offering a translated site is useless if you dont have both the content and processing capabilities to monetize those surfers.

as far as dvds go .... that is definatly not it! Dvd sales and distribution are great!! .... Im thinking more of stuff for my solo sites and other sites that I will be working on! ... Not the company I work for ... Hahah they got all there shit underneathe there belt and are doing just fine... ( Very well )
I may work for them... scouting, editing,, creating etc... Modeling....
But this more directed towards my new projects... Im doing.... DVDS arent my focus at all... If I need help with that I know chip is the man on that subject.. Not saying other people in this room arent I just know he will help me with that stuff when I need it!
