50% minimum for me. what lee said would be true until you add in recurring. that changes the picture a lot. i would only consider 40% on a site with NO traffic leaks and a scarce niche, but mostly i see the really scarce niches by amateur webmasters pay 25% or something like that - and i'm not interested.
