this kind of thread makes me feel awkward, but what the hell!

kelly brings a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the board. when he has advice, he doesn't mind sharing it and when he has a question, he seems to take the time to actually read the responses.

he's also quick to give compliments and acknowledges other people's points even if he's not so sure he agrees.

maybe he could do with a little less punctuation and caps but kelly seems to be a very nice guy. i look forward to buying him a drink if/when he gets to l.a.
