I understand that Pacific Sun was made aware of the situation yesterday afternoon and immediately sealed up all of the product.

The only question is when Cobra knew and what, if anything, they've done about it.

Ok, maybe I'm missing something here. But you are still selling the DVD to EU customers even though one of the performers is thought to be only 17 years of age at the time of production. US customers can also order that DVD from homoactive.com and attempt to import the CP to the US.

Is the age of consent different in those countries? Does that make it ok in your eyes? Imo, you are making a serious mistake in judgement.

I have copies of the model's birth certificate and driver's license showing a date of birth at the end of October, 1986 which makes him 18 in October 2004. Anything produced before that with him in it is, by definition, CP.
