Well a splash page with no links to go anywhere, i dunno... don't seem like it'd work to have any traffic if it can only go to a 2257 statement. Also you are hiding the 2257 link by using the colour yellow on white background... and that's a no no.

Ian is correct. The 2257 MUST be contrasting colors. You do have the correct language, which is good, but you must change the yellow to something else that wil contrast with the background.

might help if you have the "a" before 'href' and the closing "/a" not to mention that you have the target as the url as well and the alt tag is the url as well... and that just don't work, and am very surprised its working in other browser... guess they are more foregiving of code errors.

not working for me on firefox either, why not just use a link over the entire graphic?
