Epoch doesn't provide ICQ support!

We can provide support via icq, aim, etc. The problem with that is that it's extremely difficult to track any ongoing issues you may have. Let me know if I can be of assistance (assuming I can figure out how to use this dang computer, j/k ).

thanks for the info. i had to get in touch with someone named Paul Kluzak. he was able to help me in about 30 seconds. the problem is that it took like 2 months to get to him.

Ive never had a problem (yet) that with CCBill that i couldnt solve by ICQ'ing Paul or Mark

Never used Epoch though so dont really know how their support is handled although, i do recall instances in the past where they have been a little slow at replying to emails.
