you can do it by creating your own links and parsing them with php like using something like index.php?a=epoch&b=12345 and then build your pages according to the variables, but I don't know how that would do with stats. I think you would have to offer your affiliates some sort of tracking stats since you would be bypassing the ccbill / epoch tracking systems. And since you would have to do banner tracking, you might as well just use a proper cascading billing system.
