from a "content" perspective i don't get many requests for "black" photo/video or many "black" model applicants.
i find it interesting at times that some of my models are so "mixed" that even when they list their "racial-background" it isn't often what you "see" so hiring someone simply because they list white/black/asian/hispanic is incomplete data.
