I use a lot of video covers, model photos AND descriptions. We're men. We're pigs. We're VISUAL. Use text for the search engines. Use pics for the visitors.

If you can write your own descriptions (using good keywords), the better off you'll be. The pre-written stuff is often not very useful for search engines, and can outright sound cheesy -- "Watch two masculine guys as they consumate their erotic relationship in this hedonistic adventure!"

In a nutshell, you want to turn them on if they're not already. Use whatever methods are at your disposal. model pics, covers, dirty talk...

He's right on the money with this ... text for SEO and pics and smut talk for the surfer. Make it like a mini review and just get into how hot, how big, how much cum is all over the place to get the clicks happening.

Good question Jasun! I'm just one guy trying to manage and run Adult.Vegasonesource.com, www.vegasonesource.com and gaylasvegasweddingpackages.com I have my fingers in so many pies (perhaps too many) that I can't manage more than a handful of vendor sites. In all honesty, I have chosen a handful and if those don't produce within 90 days then I'll consider replacing them with other programs from other vendors.

Would love to have a vendor battle (Choose my site; no, choose mine; no, over here; of course, with incentives heheh....)

I'll tell you.. with some affiliates, we do amazing, with others we don't.. I think a lot of sites are like that.. it depends on how you get promoted and where your traffic comes from.

I agree with the lack of focus comments. There's just so much to look at on your site that, in a way, it just becomes overwhelming. I think you're suffering from SEO-itis. It looks like you're trying to cram everything into the one page. Spread it out a bit ... a whole page about Carl Hardwick will fare better than repeating is name time and again on a busy page.

Put some carriage returns between those Maleflix movies. Introduce some white space.

Those keywords at the bottom of your site aren't doing you any good and they're going to get you into trouble maybe. They are spammy and I'd remove them.

your site is quite busy.
Regarding conversions, this aint 1996 so don't fret 1:400 ration isn't terrible.
Keep in mind you're not the only one with a site out there, plus consider where your traffic comes from.

Pushing free this or free that would leave your visitors to seek free and turn away from anything that costs money.

But do something about the site, it's information overload. Text is good but you have so much of it .
