Apparently the phone number is a phone number in downtown Chicago, IL, USA (+1 (312) ...) since they write it in perfect german on their homepage http://www.pixeltrend.net/post.php (do you guys see this in german or other language?)

They also give you an "anonymous" US phone number and email addy.

Looks like your guy really doesn't want to be found.

Of course the service isn't REALLY anonymous as law enforcement is given access to all company records required for legal reasons.
