I know that one of the billers in the US that does claim to have loopholes around Visa regs is the same biller that is also under investigation for processing for CP sites... probably not intentionally... but when you find a processor in this day and age that is being sloppy with Visa regulations, they are probably being sloppy in other ways, and I personally wouldn't risk my business to them.

Outside the US, of course, it's a different story... but if something goes wrong, it will be really expensive, if even possible, to do anything to remedy your situation and get your funds back.
I don’t hate or really blame CCBill or Epoch much, nor do I think that verotel should be used as a persons long term single processor, but it is a way to get around some of the problem this guy faces with his small website processing issues. I am also sure there are some really shady processors out side the US but I would not say that about verotel they are about the 3rd largest company of that type in the world.
