Yeah here's a link to a video promo of a story The Learning Channel did on this guy http://www.theync.com/video/arms.wmv The TLC special is called "The man whos arms exploded"

You see him talking about steroid use and getting one of his arms infected through using dirty needles. It shows part of his self videotaped attempt to drain an infection in one of his bicepts... an attempt that failed and ended in him going to hospital and having his arm cut open, which later gave him scar tissue that deforms his bicept muscle.
