We get a lot of cancellation requests when they could have easily read the confirmation email from CCBill and done the cancellation themselves.
Words of praise now and then which tend to counter the incredibly vile emails
(" I want my renewable subscription CANCELLED NOW!!! And, I mean NOW!
I expect to hear from you with the "RIGHT WORDS" in 24 hours. Don't hand me some excuse you need more time or it takes 2 weeks to process or whatever. YOU HAVE 24 HOURS!") that make you want to reach for the Uzi.
