March 25th, Ibill is contracturaly obligated to pay me 1/2 of the money they owe me back from the 2004 implosion caused by the loss of their FDC merchant account.

So, as we get down to the wire...(literally if they make the payment)
I am just curious ... who thinks they will pay on time?

who thinks they won't pay at all?

who thinks we are going to have to sue to get the money?

Just curious.

History shows that if they dick you don't stuff around with threats, just go straight to court. They will settle for the full 100% plus legal costs on the day its due to be heard to avoid being hit for interest and damages.

every once in a while they have been known to make a payment or two on time before another series of bs. i'd say your odds of getting paid are 10-20% unless they believe you will take them to court.

The responses to this poll/post have been incredibly predictable, and of course, a well deserved vote of no confidence in IBill. Very interesting for a company that used to be at the height of it's game as a widely known and respected billing processor. what a long way to slide, and all for the simple short-sightedness of it's in place management in 2004.

We will pursue this matter further and I would ask that anyone with information on any attorney's familiar with this situation, that possilby might have already litigated on behalf of others in this situation, please post the
contact information here.

In the event of the much anticipated default on our agreement, by ourselves, and obviously by all who have voted in the polls, we obviously need to be prepared to move forward with collection action.
