The responses to this poll/post have been incredibly predictable, and of course, a well deserved vote of no confidence in IBill. Very interesting for a company that used to be at the height of it's game as a widely known and respected billing processor. what a long way to slide, and all for the simple short-sightedness of it's in place management in 2004.

We will pursue this matter further and I would ask that anyone with information on any attorney's familiar with this situation, that possilby might have already litigated on behalf of others in this situation, please post the

In the event of the much anticipated default on our agreement, by ourselves, and obviously by all who have voted in the polls, we obviously need to be prepared to move forward with collection action.
