Hey, did you all see the article last week about the one actor actually suing the studio because they misrepresented their target audience and budget, saying it was going to be a cult/art film? Based on that, the guy took a flat fee and didn't go after his usual % cut.

Yeah, it was Randy Quaid, and I think it's pretty silly. I'm sure when the studio put the movie together, they probably did think it wasn't going to be that successful. I think Quaid saw how huge it became and got a little bit greedy. It's not like he's Tom Cruise or anything.
