The skin peeling thing was my example, and I think it does hold water. But only because I would consider the desire to have your balls cut off by someone in a dungeon to be a strong sign of mental disorder. I'm sure this could just be me being closed-minded, but it dosn't seem that way to me. I was just saying to take advantage of someones mental disorder for entertainment in this way is worthy of prosecution.

In any case, regardless of the situation, these men were not doctors, and they were performing surgeries. There are laws about this sort of thing for damn good reason, and I fully support them. If I had a cousin who's brain broke and told him that he MUST have his ass cheeks removed, and some quack did it in his basement, I'd want the guy prosecuted to hell and back. I'd have really hard time saying "It was between two consenting adults..."
