I second that...when my host of 8 years suddenly announced that they were going out of business (giving us 1 month notice) we did a quite exhaustive search to find a new hosting company. Time and time again Chilihost came up...once we contacted Luke we knew why...he is a true professional who understands that outstanding customer service really is what separates one company from the other...he made our move transparent, totally painless, and we had no downtime at all.
