No idea but it's not really effective as there's no way to join at this point. That's the real question -- what's with that? He's obviously trying to do some sort of hookup with other sites and it's not even ready to accept members.
The graphics hurt my eyes though...they are so ten years ago...
.... we got contacted by these guys, supposedly, to see if we wanted to use their content or do a deal with them...
it totally looks like a joke, but think how much time it would take to actually design that site if it were just a joke and you didnt think you'd make any money off it!
